If there’s one thing that I love more than cheese, it’s… well, it’s beer. But following closely behind that, it’s peanut butter. People are always making chocolate/peanut butter shit. And while that’s amazing, it’s completely and utterly unnecessary. Peanut butter is absolutely amazing on it’s own.

This is a recipe I picked up from a former colleague. It’s simple, delicious, decadent. You are going to be relieved that the recipe makes two pies. That way you can entertain with one, then sit alone in the dark after you’re alone and eat the other one all by yourself.

Peanut Butter Pie

Peanut Butter Pie, your new dirty little secret

Peanut Butter Pie
2 graham cracker crusts, homemade or store-bought
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1.5 cups powdered sugar
2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup milk
8 oz Cool Whip
⅔ cup peanuts, roughly chopped
1 cup peanut butter chips

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar.

Mix in peanut butter and milk. Mix until smooth. (This may take a little bit.)

With a spatula, fold in Cool Whip by hand.

Scoop into crusts.

Melt peanut butter chips and drizzle over pies. Top with chopped peanuts.

Freeze for 2 hours, or until firm. Serve. Or sit in the dark and eat right out of the pan.
