White Chocolate Frankenberry Treats

Back in 2010, Count Chocula, Frankenberry and BooBerry cereals began being available around Halloween time. So I like to take FULL advantage of this treat. I love theming crap out and being a big kid, so this is perfect for me. Hopefully it’s perfect for you too.

[I realize it is HALLOWEEN already, and my apologies for the late post. Blame it on the hurricane! Hope you all can still enjoy!]

White Chocolate Frankenberry Treats
3 tbsp butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
3 cups Rice Krispies
3 cups Frankenberry cereal
1/2 bag white chocolate chips

Melt butter in a large pot on the stove top.

Add the marshmallows, stir until fully melted. Remove from heat.

Add both cereals. Stir until fully incorporated.

Add chocolate chips.

Dump into a 9×12 cake pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Use a piece of wax paper to smash down.

Let set up, then cut into squares.

*Note: I also made a batch using Count Chocula instead of Frankenberry and Candy Corn M&Ms (cut into halves) instead of white chocolate chips. Also scrumptious.
