Pulled Pork and Muenster Grilled Cheese

That’s it. I’m officially screwed. I’ll never lose weight again. You guys should actually NOT make this recipe. It’s a time bomb. You’ll just want to make it over and over and over again until you die. (I’m really good at promoting myself.)

Pulled Pork and Muenster Grilled Cheese Sandwich
2 slices Texas toast
1/3 cup pulled pork (see recipe below)
2 Slices muenster cheese
2 Slices white American cheese
butter

Lay out your bread. Place the Muenster on each slice. Followed by the American. Spread the pulled pork onto one of the slices. Close it up, butter your bread and cook in an iron skilled over medium heat until brown, crispy and melty.

Let cool. Cut and freak out.

Stupidly Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Recipe
3 lb. pork shoulder, fat trimmed
1 2-liter (non-diet) root beer
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ (I use Stubb’s because it’s low in sodium and delicious)

Place your pork in the slow cooker. Cover completely with root beer.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender and easily pulled apart with two forks.

Remove from root beer, pull apart with two forks.

Slather in BBQ sauce.

This recipe is great on some potato rolls with cole slaw or in my awesome grilled cheese recipe.
